Player is accessible on almost every modern browser on almost every modern connected device, if you have a reasonable specification tablet or computer that is less than 3 years old.

You will need a strong, stable broadband internet connection minimum of 1MB (a mobile 3g, 4G, LTE, etc. internet service will probably be too weak or too variable to give a good service) with a ping of less than 100m/s.

You will need a computer, tablet or mobile smartphone device (such as an iPhone or Android smartphone – please note Windows phones, Kindles and game consoles are incompatible), and it should be running a recent compatible and updated web browser such as Chrome, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, etc.

If viewing on your desktop Windows or Mac, and you experience problems, please check that you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed (or update via get.adobe.com/flashplayer).

Pentium 4 2.4GHz or higher or equivalent AMD processor with a minimum of 1GB of memory, running one of the following operating systems: Windows 7 or later, (high specification computers running Windows XP SP2 or greater and or Windows Vista might work.)

We recommend upgrading to the latest version for optimum viewing experiences.

Your browser should be at least as recent as any of the following:

  1. 64-bit Microsoft Internet Explorer 10 or later: windows.microsoft.com
  2. Firefox 33.0.1 or later: www.mozilla.com
  3. Adobe Flash Player 15.0 or later: www.adobe.com
  4. Chrome 35 or later: www.google.com

1.5GHz with a minimum of 1GB memory running Mac OS X 10.5.6 or later.

Player is available on most iOS devices including the iPhone and iPad (iOS version 7 upwards). Via the devices web browser videos will be rendered in the native player.

Generally you’ll need Android Operating System OS 4.1 or later. Due to Vast array of Android devices it is worth testing you can view the content before purchase, using the test video on the homepage.

Please note Windows phones, Kindles and game consoles are incompatible

We cannot guarantee the quality of the streaming on GPRS, 3G or LTE. 4G will provide a good viewing experience, but may incur costs associated with its use. We recommend streaming over Wi-Fi for an optimal viewing experience.

I've forgotten my username / password

I'm having trouble signing up

If you are having problems registering then it may be because you have previously subscribed using the same email address. If this is the case, then you can renew your subscription by logging out your account, clicking ‘Be Part of the Action’ and put your email and password in the “Already have an account? Reactivate your subscription” section. You can then take the necessary steps to renew your subscription.

Otherwise, please try signing up with an alternative email address or contacting player.support@streamamg.com for further advice or questions.

I have reached my device limit

Player has a limit on the number of devices that can be associated with a player account. If you have reached this limit, please log out of any unused devices. If you do not believe you are logged into any devices please email player.support@streamamg.com

Caching issues?

If you are struggling to log in repeatedly it’s possible that your computer is looking at old log in details stored in the cache, or that a cookie has been corrupted. Please visit http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/ and follow the instructions to clear the cache on your relevant browser/device.

Is your connection fast enough? Try to stop all current downloads, videos you are watching or torrents and visit http://www.speedtest.net . Test your download speed, results should show a minimum of 1Mbps to process streamed content along with usual browsing activities efficiently.

The play button is on the Player but I can’t hear anything?

Please be aware that whilst the play button may be active your club may not dial in until 15-30 minutes before the game kicks off.

If you are using Google Chrome please allow it to run all plug-in content in your browser's settings. You can do this by copying and pasting the following link into your browser's search bar: chrome://settings/content, pressing enter and then scrolling down and selecting Run all plug-in content.

The stream regularly stops and buffers mid-stream

Is your connection fast enough? Try to stop all current downloads, videos you are watching or torrents and visit http://www.speedtest.net . Test your download speed, results should show a minimum of 250kbps to process streamed content along with usual browsing activities efficiently.

Im receiving a “media not found” message

Is your team currently playing? The live commentary player will only be live during a match. If your team is playing and you are receiving this message, please alert player.support@streamamg.com

I can’t access the stream on my device

First of all make sure you are connected to a fast enough mobile network (3g, 4g, Wi-Fi). If you believe you have adequate bandwidth, utilise Safari as the browser of choice on IOS and google chrome on Android devices.

For optimal experience on android utilise a 3rd party programme such as VLC player to play the stream. If you are still having issues please raise with player.support@streamamg.com

The commentary I’m hearing is not my team

Please check you are accessing the correct feed if so please alert player.support@streamamg.com

The Player service does not allow downloads or embedding of content in 3rd party sites.

To cancel your subscription please email player.support@streamamg.com with your cancellation request.

Please be advised that 10 working days' notice is required for cancellation on this product, cancellation within this period may result in your being charged for the next period.

Unfortunately due to copyright infringements and broadcasting rights PlayerHD is unable to broadcast live games with video.

Live audio commentary, extended match highlights and exclusive club content is available though.

Monthly passes are available at £4.49.

Annual passes are available at £37.99 if you choose the Direct Debit* payment option.

*Please note Direct Debit is for UK bank account holders only.

Finally if you choose to pay by debit/credit card or PayPal the annual passes are available at £42.99.

All these passes will gain you the same full access to live audio commentary, highlights and exclusive club content.

If you had a subscription before and it has expired you will need to renew it if you want further access

To do this log out of your account and visit your club's PlayerHD homepage. Once you are on that page please click on the 'Be Part of the Action' button on the green banner along the bottom of the page. Next, please choose a subscription and you will notice the payment options will appear just below this. Please choose a payment option and click continue.

On the next page you will notice an area that says "Already have an account? Reactivate your subscription". Please enter your registered email address in here and your password and continue to follow the instructions to purchase your subscription.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free trials of the service. You are able to purchase a one month subscription for only £4.49 and should you wish to cancel simply email player.support@streamamg.com with your request.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer gift subscriptions currently, these are occasionally offered by clubs but it is not possibly to purchase one directly from us.

The only way to do it would be the create/use a neutral email address or use your own as this can be updated once the account has been created, set up an account in that person's name with your own payment details and then gift that subscription to them, allowing them to change the email address to their own.

In terms of the highlights it is for the most part that highlights are uploaded at midnight the next day following the game.

This rule is different for Premier League clubs due to broadcast rights.

You may have been locked out due to too many incorrect password attempts. If this is the case then please wait 30 minutes before trying again.

Alternatively, if this does not work then please can you go through a forgotten password journey to reset your password. You can do this by clicking "Forgot Password" in the Member Login Area

Please make sure to check your junk folder for the reset email if it doesn't come through quick. Set your password to numbers and letters only and a minimum of 8 characters too.
